Return Process

  Log in to your GPI account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
